14 Day Detox for Kids

Things are just not the same as they were when we were kids.

These days kids have more demands on them than ever.
As well as school, they have hours of homework, endless after school activities, distracting technology, tests and more social engagements than parents themselves.

Even for seemingly happy kids, these demands can create a buildup of emotional and physical stress.
